Wholesale Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales person to help increase our sales in the wholesale market in the UK and overseas. With experience of working with retailers, you will work closely with the marketing and development team and report to the Managing Director.

Key requirements:
Knowledge and interest in design, two plus years experience selling into the home interior retail market, both bricks and mortar and online stores.  Fluency in English, ability to speak other European languages also an advantage.

Key responsibilities:
Strategically drive and proactively manage the growth of business to wholesale clients, develop relationships with our existing and new retail stores with visits and at trade fairs. Develop and maintain quarterly business plan reporting directly to the Managing Director. Day to day management of customers, from enquiries through to despatch.

Your background:
You understand the importance of the retail market and can identify the best ways to work within it. Driven and with a strong commercial focus; a self-starter and structured; strong communication skills, personable, mature and credible. With the ability to plan and work independently and conscientiously, experience of the UK market and ideally also of key overseas markets.

Your skills:
Ability to manage budgets, Microsoft Office, good presentation, verbal and written communication skills, efficient & fast worker. Clear understanding of the current market factors and of the SCP product portfolio and brand.

E-Commerce Assistant

SCP ltd is looking for a E-commerce Assistant to support the E-commerce Manager with processing orders through to dispatch.

Key Requirements:
• Excellent verbal skills in order to provide excellent customer service via email and on the phone.
• Have the ability to monitor stock levels
• Be computer literate
• Be quick and efficient and precise in processing and packing customer orders
• Good administration skills
• Be able to work as a team as well as independently
• Have excellent organisational skills and be self-motivated and proactive

Desirable Requirements:
• Knowledge of the design industry
• 1 year’s relevant experience
• Flexible – if the business needs more hours
