Fora are one of London’s leading co-working space providers and their new Borough site, designed by Hassell Studio, is their largest to date. It spans 3000 square metres, and incorporates a restaurant, casual co-working, office and break-out spaces, as well as fitness and wellness facilities in the basement level of the building. The building also contains a double height event space and roof terrace, with beautiful views of the city and the local St. George the Martyr church.
Hassell Studio worked closely with Fora founder Katrina Larkin to create an open and inspiring space that also fosters a sense of connectivity with the local community. They have used a combination of primary and pastel shades throughout the working spaces, offset against bold patterned tiles and rugs. The ground floor Børealis restaurant uses darker hues, with rich wood, granite and velvet finishes.
