How to collect.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation, informing you that we have received your order. Please note, this is not confirmation that the items are ready to be collected, you will receive a second e-mail to let you know when the items are ready. This is usually between 3-5 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you on the earliest possible collection date.
Products should be collected from the address below, please ring the customer bell on arrival. You will need to bring your order confirmation, the payment card used to place the order and photo ID. Due to the current health and safety restrictions surrounding Covid-19, you will be asked to wait at the entrance whilst our team retrieve your order.
