A Safe Environment

As the pandemic continues to ebb and flow, we are regularly reviewing our Covid policy in line with government guidance. We have taken several measures to ensure a safe environment for our staff and customers.

– For the courtesy of others, we request that visitors wear a face mask if possible.
– Hand sanitiser is provided at our showroom and office.
– All frequently-touched surfaces, such as workstations, countertops, doorknobs, and products are routinely disinfected.
–  All staff record their temperatures every morning and take a lateral flow test before coming to the showroom and office.


Website Orders & Deliveries

Our warehouse and supply chain are fully operational, and we’re continuing to process and send customer orders. Our courier partners are taking steps to ensure that social distancing measures are adhered to where possible.


Our Team

The SCP office team are partly working from home and partly working form the office. Please continue to communicate with us in the regular fashion.



Our factory in Norfolk have split into teams to minimise unnecessary contact. They are taking all precautions to ensure that they are able to continue with production safely.


Wholesale Customers

As detailed above, our warehouse and factory remain open and we have furniture stock ready to fulfill orders. We are receiving a steady flow of key materials and our team are on-hand to complete orders. Our current upholstery lead time is 12 weeks from our order confirmation.
