London Design Festival 2017-1

London Design Festival 2017

At the London Design Festival 2017, from 16-24 September, we are dedicating all three floors of their Curtain Road headquarters to a celebration of the relationship between people and objects, with a programme of product launches, exhibitions and experiences to enjoy.

Events include a collaboration between SCP X Penguin X Jasper Morrison, an exhibition of SCP’s 2017 Collection, a one-day immersive furniture and lighting experience called Under the Arches with British lighting brand Tala and a showcase of how Cass Starters launched their student projects with Kickstarter.

With late night opening hours plus our official launch party on Tuesday 19 September to enjoy all that we have to offer, read on below for the full SCP x LDF programme.

The CASS x SCP

Students of The Cass (London Met University) were briefed by SCP to create small, easily-shipped domestic products. With the help of the university, and their tutor and SCP designer Peter Marigold, the products were brought to market through a successful crowdfunding project entitled Cass Starters.

An exhibition of the Cass Starters project is on display and available to purchase at SCP during the London Design Festival 2017.
