At the 53rd Edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile Milano, SCP present the 2014 Collection: new designs of quality, precision and beauty.
SCP has been making internationally resonant products in a recognisable house style for three decades. This confident British style is about simplicity, restraint and refinement. Through close collaboration with a diverse stable of global designers, SCP brings the best of London’s hardworking yet playful and tolerant spirit to the making of design.
SCP present a unique and integrated exhibition space that houses the best of SCP, including the 2014 Collection and a re-issued classic in a new finish from Jasper Morrison.
On show is upholstery, furniture, accessories, lighting, textiles and rugs from designers Lucy Kurrein, Reiko Kaneko, Fort Standard, Mark McGinnis, Donna Wilson, Faudet-Harrison, Terence Woodgate, Matthew Hilton, Bec Brittain, Andrea Stemmer and Sarah Kay. A re-issued SCP classic by Jasper Morrison will also be presented in a new finish.
In Milan, SCP also present their fifth annual publication, SCP Issue Number Five, a forty-eight page newspaper designed by Farrow Design, featuring newly commissioned photography and articles that give an unfiltered insight into the world of SCP.
SCP are a transparent and modern manufacturer, dedicated to making things in a responsible way, utilising local skills where possible and setting the standard in modern British design.
