Matthew Hilton cycles for the Halow Project
Matthew Hilton will be taking part in a sponsored bike ride this May. The route goes from London to the French city of Caen and finishes in Guildford, Surrey.
The ride starts on the 3rd May and will run over the course of three days. Matthew will be covering approximately 250 miles and expects to clock-up 20 hours of cycling. Quite a physical challenge.
Matthew aims to raise at least £2000 which will go toward funding a new programme called ‘A Reason to Get Up’ (ARTGU) set up by the Halow Project. This is intended to engage young people with learning disabilities in meaningful daytime activity within the community.
