The Shoreditch Design Triangle will be taking place again this year as part of the London Design Festival. This promises to be a fantastic event bringing together thirty local galleries, shops, studios, cafés and bars, and with a snazzy new logo for 2012.
The event will run from 14th – 23rd September with most venues opening late on Tuesday 18th and there may even be a party or two.
The range of exhibitions in this year’s triangle is more diverse than ever. A Nordic fast food pop-up cafe on Rivington Street, lighting installations at Jaguar Shoes, graphic prints for Uniform Wares, Japanese design in collaboration with Tokyo Bikes, and international art and design exhibitions featuring work by Tord Boontje, Jasper Morrison and Dominic Wilcox are just a few examples. All the venues are within easy walking distance around the Shoreditch Triangle so head East and make a night of it.
